As a Security Officer Computer Assisted Patrol in Everett MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols help deter security-related incidents and support access control activities. You will remain visible provide exceptional customer service communicate clearly with employees and visitors and contribute to a caring reliable team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $22.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents alarms spills and other critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility perimeter access points parking areas and restricted areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials maintaining visitor logs and directing authorized personnel contractors and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols incidents observations and security-related activities accurately and promptly and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
