As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Puyallup WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location you will drive patrol routes monitor assigned areas help deter security-related incidents and provide professional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities controlled areas parking areas and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials visitor authorizations and vehicle access in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate activity logs incident reports and required documentation and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
