Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access-control policies and emergency response activities at a media and technology location.
• Staff the front desk greet and screen visitors verify identification and appointments issue visitor credentials and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points visitor activity and assigned systems and report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Assist with directing guests answering routine inquiries and supporting a professional welcoming lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
