Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public at a government facility by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk greet and direct visitors verify identification and access authorization issue visitor credentials and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry points alarms cameras and other security-related systems from a stationary post reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity incidents deliveries and other front-desk operations while communicating professionally with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement or military experience.
• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Possess a college degree.
• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
