Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities business areas parking areas and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Support the protection of personnel property and sensitive operations by following established post orders and escalating concerns through designated channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
