Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies access-control requirements and when appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed and maintain accurate logs reports and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel visitors and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations policy concerns and/or response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
