Security Officer Access Registration Driver

As a Security Officer Access Registration Driver in Axis AL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a chemical/petrochemical location you will help manage entry points verify access credentials monitor visitor activity and support a secure environment for employees and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate clearly and help address security-related concerns while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative caring teamwork-driven and integrity-focused values. This is a driving position requiring a valid drivers license.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access-control policies and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access points verify credentials and visitor authorization issue visitor badges as directed and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Screen personnel vehicles packages and deliveries in accordance with site procedures escalating discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while following established reporting and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points parking areas business facilities and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
