Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out access-control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and visitor authorizations maintain visitor logs and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points lobbies parking areas and perimeter areas to identify irregular conditions and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain clear professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while completing required reports and shift documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
