As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Indianapolis IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic technology media and telecommunications location you will manage entry points verify credentials monitor activity and help deter security-related incidents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication to employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures policies and emergency response activities at a technology media and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points verify credentials manage visitor registration and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas entrances parking areas and the business perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations incidents and access-control concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
