As a Security Officer Full Time Access Administration in Irving TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will monitor entry points verify access credentials and help maintain a secure environment for employees visitors and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate professionally and support security-related procedures with integrity. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific access-control procedures policies and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points verify credentials maintain visitor and contractor entry records and control vehicle and pedestrian access in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including entrances loading zones parking areas and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities incidents and access-control observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or applicable license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
