The Security Manager directs daily safety and loss prevention operations at our premier oceanfront resort. You will supervise the in-house security team manage 24/7 property patrols and serve as the lead liaison for emergency response guest relations and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train schedule and mentor security staff.
• Safety & Patrols: Oversee routine property checks and maintain a visible welcoming security presence across the resort grounds and beach access points.
• Emergency Response: Act as a primary escalation point for medical calls property alarms and urgent safety situations.
• Investigations & Reporting: Lead detailed internal inquiries and write objective comprehensive incident reports.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure execution of safety standards routine equipment checks and state regulatory compliance

• License/Certifications: Active State of Hawaii Guard Card and valid drivers license. Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience: Minimum 35 years of security experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or luxury residential properties.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written reporting skills; ability to handle sensitive owner and guest issues with strict confidentiality.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to walk stand or patrol resort grounds across flexible shifts when required.
