About the Role:
We are expanding our team and seeking a Security Manager to lead the branchs security installations and service operations. The Security Manager will ensure that intrusion access control surveillance and related systems are delivered on time on budget and to Premiere Securitys quality standards.

- Lead and manage the security team including scheduling training coaching and performance management.
- Oversee daily security operations to ensure work is completed safely on time and within budget.
- Perform hands-on security work including installation programming troubleshooting testing and commissioning.
- Manage security sales leads and referrals from initial client contact through proposal and close.
- Coordinate security projects with Project Managers Service Managers Sales Design and other teams.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed on all security work.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients vendors trade partners and internal teams.
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems installation service or management within the low-voltage industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with burglar access control and surveillance systems including ELK DSC Honeywell Concord Networx Avigilon and UniFi.
- Experience supervising technicians and managing complex or multi-site projects.
- Strong customer service experience with residential and commercial clients.
- Sales experience including the ability to manage leads and referrals from initial contact through close.
- Ability to provide leadership direction and technical support to management and team members.
- Security access control or surveillance certifications preferred but not required.
- Positive team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Valid drivers license current auto insurance and acceptable driving record.
