Security Loss Prevention Supervisor (PM)

JOB DESCRIPTIONNo Job Description for a position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the hotel. The objective of all positions is to effectively provide the services personally or to immediately refer requests to the appropriate department manager. The following is a summary of the major responsibilities of the : Security SupervisorDepartment: SecurityPurpose: To ensure the routines and tasks of each shift are properly completed in accordance with Omni Functions: Responsible for coordinating the hiring and termination of all Security personnel n conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of that all Security personnel functions are being properly completed by the Security that shift personnel are properly assigned at all for disciplining Security personnel in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of all reports completed by Security officers to ensure accuracy and timely a good relationship with all departments within the hotel and ensures that efficient service is available at all all observed hotel property deficiencies and safety that a thorough and complete investigation and report is mad on incidents (e.g. losses thefts and accidents and acts of violence) incurred by guests and for coordinating guest room surveillance in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of that all phases of the key control program are maintained and any discrepancies noted are investigated thoroughly and reported to the Director/Assistant Director of that all Security equipment (i.e. uniforms walkie-talkies cameras etc.) is kept clean and in good working all traffic in the lobby area and restaurant restrooms garage area and room service area to control non-guest (i.e. drunks prostitutes vagrants etc.)Reports all associates using unauthorized Hotel entrance/exits when reporting for work or leaving for the day to the Director of cashier vault at normal inspects exterior of a continual line of communication with the Director of and Equipment:Telephone pen/pencil photo-copying machine computer and printerfile folders filing cabinet facsimile machineLift jack dolly hand truck camera first aid equipmentWorking Environment:Interior of hotel in all areas with exposure to extreme of hotel with exposure to weather to various hazardous chemicals.
