As a Security Guard Site Patrol in Omaha NE you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial services location. You will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents monitor access points and assist employees and visitors with professionalism. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and clients at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices parking areas entry points and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as required and document incidents observations and policy violations in clear accurate reports.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment and communicating security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
