As a Security Guard Patrol Driving Coverage in Olive Branch MS you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As a Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology media and telecommunications location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols monitor access points and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This driving post requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service communicate professionally and support a caring agile reliable innovative team that acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and vendors at a technology media and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility exterior perimeter parking areas and common spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs incident reports and shift documentation and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
