As a Security Guard Hospital Screening Driver in Memphis TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide compassionate customer service to patients visitors and staff. This driving position requires a valid drivers license. You will support a caring environment through clear communication teamwork integrity and Allied Universals agile reliable and innovative approach.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate hospital personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings entrances parking areas and perimeter locations while reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients visitors and staff.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
