As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns communicate professionally and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors contractors and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and parking areas report suspicious activity maintenance concerns or policy violations and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with property management and public service agencies when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional presence throughout the property and provide directions or assistance to visitors while supporting a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
