As a Security Guard Full Time 2nd Shift in Independence KY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a secure environment for employees visitors and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universals values of agility reliability innovation teamwork caring and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients drivers visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility parking areas trailer yards access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials directing visitors and delivery personnel and maintaining accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Observe loading shipping and receiving areas for unusual activity report concerns to appropriate personnel and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
