The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join the Securities & Capital Markets Group in our Chicago New York Washington DC or Miami cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:
  • You have 3-5 years of experience working for an AM Law 100 law firm in the areas of corporate securities capital markets and M&A with strong transactional skills;
  • You have significant experience working on debt and equity offerings M&A transactions and SEC compliance and reporting (prior experience with securitizations and aviation clients will be an asset);
  • You have strongoral and written communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team and independently;
  • You have a and strong academic credentials and you are admitted in (and in good standing with) the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois New York District of Columbia or Florida).
