Seasonal ICQA Process Assistant, Data Center Capacity Delivery

Support and work in the department as required
Helping support daily management of department duties including allocating labor leading meetings assigning job duties and communicating with internal and external suppliers
Providing vacation coverage for Area Managers
Providing policy follow-up attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
Assisting the floor as an associate resource training associates and verifying SOP compliance
Ensuring successful area performance through tracking reporting and feedback of associate performance
Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
Filling in as needed with production duties
Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals
Reviewing and updating SOP as required
Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized
Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
Coaching associates to work safely at all times
Participating in safety initiatives
Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager

- 5 years of industrial controls and automation experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering science plus 5 years of relevant controls experience OR 10 years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4 years of general contractor and vendor management work (request for proposals bidding change orders quality control RFI/submittal tracking) associated with construction and project execution experience

- Experience with Industrial control systems both hardware and software
- Masters degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering material science physics or equivalent or MS degree
- Experience designing configuring programming installing troubleshooting or servicing HVAC Controls or Electrical SCADA systems application specific controllers software and networks.
- Experiencing using common industrial communication protocols (MQTT BACnet and/or MODBUS).
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering documentation electrical and mechanical diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder deliverables requirements and navigate difficult situations.
- Experience designing data centers or critical MEP infrastructure
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
