What We Are Looking For:

is currently looking for an experiencedSEO professional to join our growing team and tohelpmanage SEO strategies forour residential real estate website the industrys fastest growing search site.

Responsible forsupporting efforts to increase the sites visibility onsearch engine results page or in AI platforms through optimization whether on-page off-page or technically focused.

In this positionyou will play a key supporting role on the SEO team through data analysis and execution of SEO strategies aimed at elevating the online presence of will have a firm understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience implementing programmatic solutions.

You will recognize that SEO is a teameffort andrequires a broad organizational understanding. You will be part of the team that will drive that message.

This position is located inIrvine CAand this position is in office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Serve asone of ourin-house enterprise-level product-led SEO experts.
• Develop SEO growth strategies evangelize the importance of SEO and adhere to SEO best practices within the organization. Provide recommendations for improvement of the site (including site architecture URL structures on-page factors image video and news optimization etc.) and oversee the implementation of those recommendations.
• Continually audit siteand performancefor SEO related improvements.
• Track and report against a variety of key performance indicators thatdemonstratethe effectiveness of the organizations SEO efforts.
• Work closely with product management developers marketing and our content team toassistintraffic generating initiatives across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited not-for-profit in person University or College
• 7 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization roles
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of SEO Best Practices and the latest search engine algorithm updates. This includes vertical search services such as image search video search news search etc.
• Solid understanding of Googles content and quality guidelines including E-E-A-T and structured content best practices to ensure content meets search standards and performs in organic results.
• Familiarity with AEO and its relationship to modern SEO including structuring content for AI-generated answers and enhanced search visibility.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and manage projects which will drive organic search traffic to the site;proventrack recordin managing SEO projects from inceptionto completion.
• Able to work cross-functionally with Product Development Design and other teams to streamline execution of projects.
• Must bedatadriven with the ability to identifyactionable insights from largedatasets create reports to track and analyze SEO performance.
• Experience with Google Analytics Google Search Consoleand SEO tools such SEMRUSH Conductor BrightEdge andAhrefs.
• Able to keep ahead of the latest search industry trends and algorithm changes and align current and future projects with those developments.
• Familiarity with web development platforms and languages such as HTMLCSSand JavaScript.
• Proventrack recordassuming ownership moving quickly to implement ideas and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing SEO for large-scale consumer-facing marketplace websites (1025 million pages indexed) with a focus on driving scalable organic traffic growth.
• Product management project management software development and/or analytics experience a plus.
• Experience with log analysis tools such asBotifyorDeepCrawl.
• Experience with AI tools andintegratingAI processes into SEO program.

This position offers an annual base salary range of $99000 - $168000 based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
