Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Technical Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams managing the full project lifecycle for our core on-premises technology infrastructure.
This is a highly visible customer-facing role blending deep technical expertise with advanced project management. You will be responsible for modernizing legacy systems driving on-prem DevOps and AI initiatives mentoring a technical team managing complex projects using Agile/Scrum and effectively communicating project status to senior this role you will coordinate with Government Program Management Office (GPMO) Mission Partners Service Providers Service Owners and Architects to implement ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a technical team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Operations: Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical on-prem infrastructure ensuring system performance and managing disaster recovery (DR) plans.
Agile Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle using Agile/Scrum from requirements gathering with customers to planning execution and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Management: Deliver project reviews and presentations to stakeholders proactively managing risks key decisions and lessons learned.
Security & Compliance: Partner with Information Security to ensure all on-prem systems are patched hardened and compliant with security policies.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex on-premise infrastructure projects through the full SDLC.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (including Scaled Agile) and facilitating all ceremonies.
Strong hands-on background in on-prem infrastructure: Windows/Linux server administration enterprise networking and storage (SAN/NAS).
Proven experience using ServiceNow or Remedy for Agile project tracking and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of briefing senior stakeholders and translating complex technical requirements into clear user stories.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of related technical experience.
3-5 years in a project management or team leadership role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Agile Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or similar).
Desired Qualifications:
Experience creating managing tracking and updating work items via ServiceNow
Knowledge of CMDB Concepts methodologies best practices
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities including Discovery Service Mapping
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform Ansible).
Knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
ITIL ServiceNow or Remedy certifications.
Advanced infrastructure or security certifications (e.g. CCNA CISSP).

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including but not limited to geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications.
