Job Summary
We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing development teams in delivering quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will promote collaboration remove obstacles and ensure adherence to Agile principles across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles Scrum frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
- Remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and manage backlogs.
- Track sprint progress team velocity and delivery metrics.
- Foster a culture of accountability transparency and continuous learning.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project status and team progress.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery objectives.
