About the Role

Hello School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker for a K12 school setting in Windsor this role youll support students social-emotional well-being family engagement and access to learning by providing counseling crisis support and collaboration with school teams. This is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced clinicians who are looking to build meaningful relationships with students work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and make a lasting impact on student success while receiving ongoing support from a therapist-owned company. What Youll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development

• Support crisis intervention de-escalation and safety planning as needed

• Participate in IEP MTSS and student support team meetings

• Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs

• Collaborate with teachers families and related service providers

• Support attendance engagement and wraparound services for students and families

• Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans

• Maintain timely accurate and compliant documentation

• Connect families to community resources and supports
  

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field

• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)

• Strong communication collaboration and crisis response skills

• School-based experience preferred not required

• Passion for supporting students mental health and well-being
