Hello School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in a K12 school setting in Greeley CO.

In this role youll provide social-emotional support assist with family engagement offer crisis intervention and collaborate with educators and school teams to help students succeed. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact building relationships with students and supporting their overall well-being and success throughout their educational journey.

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development

• Support crisis intervention de-escalation and safety planning as needed

• Participate in IEP MTSS and student support team meetings

• Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs

• Collaborate with teachers families and related service providers

• Support attendance engagement and wraparound services for students and families

• Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans

• Maintain timely accurate and compliant documentation

• Connect families to community resources and supports
  

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field

• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)

• Strong communication collaboration and crisis response skills

• School-based experience preferred not required

• Passion for supporting students mental health and well-being
