Unarmed Security Officer Part-Time After School Position
School Security West Lawn PA $20.00 per Hour
KRE Security LLC is hiring a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for a permanent part-time after school position in the Reading area.
This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Thursday schedule that is perfect for someone seeking supplemental income steady afternoon hours and a professional work environment. Youll help maintain a safe and welcoming campus during the evening school program.

Pay
$20.00 per hour
Opportunities for additional hours may be available during sporting events extracurricular activities and special events.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the campus
- Monitor entrances exits and visitor access during afterschool activities
- Conduct routine patrols of the school building and surrounding grounds
- Observe and report suspicious activity safety concerns or policy violations
- Complete clear accurate and timely incident reports
- Work professionally with administrators staff students visitors and supervisors
- Help maintain a safe welcoming and orderly environment
- Follow all site procedures and emergency-response protocols
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents when necessary
Qualifications
- Dependable punctual and committed to maintaining reliable attendance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm alert and professional in a school environment
- Ability to stand walk and conduct patrols throughout the shift
- Must successfully complete all required background checks school clearances and mandatory PA Training for School Security Officers
- Clearance-process guidance will be provided; applicants are responsible for associated fees
- Previous security customer service military law enforcement corrections education or public-safety experience is preferred but not required
- Must be 21 for this role
