The Opportunity
The Arts Faculty Office is seeking a School Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of School and School Manager contributing to the effective operation of the School through coordination of governance activities projects programs and initiatives. The role manages key administrative processes supporting workforce allocation including sessional appointments timesheets website and intranet updates executive support to committees and working groups and the coordination of events.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders the School Executive Coordinator provides timely advice supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures efficient professional service delivery. The role requires strong organisational skills sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting the strategic and operational needs of the School and Faculty.
As the successful candidate you will have excellent administrative skills with demonstrated experience developing and implementing effective operational processes and systems. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities set deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes in a busy environment.
You will have a strong commitment to customer service excellence and a proactive approach to service delivery. With well-developed communication analytical and problem-solving skills you will be able to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders exercise sound judgement and initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have highly developed computer literacy including experience using business systems and software such as Microsoft Office.
