Your Role as Our Road-Trip Rockstar:
- Safely transport preschoolers to and from school making every trip a secure happy adventure.
- Create a joyful character-building vibe on the bus with kid-approved music and positive language.
- Inspect your certified bus daily to ensure it meets state licensing and DMV safety standards.
- Keep an eye on behavior document concerns and loop in the director to ensure smooth rides.
- Ensure safe drop-offs by handing kids over to authorized representatives with a smile.
- Stay sharp with in-service training staff meetings and parent events to stay connected.
- Keep your CDL certifications and paperwork current nailing compliance like a pro.

What Makes You Our Driving Dynamo:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid Class C Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement.
- Meets all state preschool and bus driver requirements.
- Qualifies under Cadence Educations insurance underwriting standards.
- Current CPR & First Aid certifications.
