Job Summary
School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Malvern PA through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)
Schedule: Full-time approximately 7.5 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.
Caseload: K-12 Autistic Support Multiple Disabilities Emotional Support or Life Skills classroom
Additional Details: RBTs will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off holidays etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.

What youll do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in the school setting by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with teachers school staff and families to promote skill development encourage positive behaviors collect data and support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.

Qualifications
- Must have High Diploma or equivalent
- Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- RBT certification is
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
