Corresponds with on call supervisor as JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Responsible for creating and maintaining all caregiver shift schedules and training schedules for all IA for monitoring program calendars to staff according to medical appointments and/or program outings while utilizing cost effective and or budget neutral for monitoring training compliance for all for scheduling caregivers to complete trainings prior to the due dateResponsible for utilizing cost effective and budget neutral ways to schedule staff trainings and staff for being On-Call.
