Hybrid role$40000 plus full benefitsScheduling experience requiredPerforms administrative duties such as creating/maintaining shift and training schedules for caregivers in the NeuroRestorative program. Corresponds with on call supervisor as JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Responsible for creating and maintaining all caregiver shift schedules and training schedules for all IA for monitoring program calendars to staff according to medical appointments and/or program outings while utilizing cost effective and or budget neutral for monitoring training compliance for all for scheduling caregivers to complete trainings prior to the due dateResponsible for utilizing cost effective and budget neutral ways to schedule staff trainings and staff for being On-Call. Specific to taking calls from caregivers unable to work their shift and initiating replacement for those for working collaboratively with supervisors to ensure shift coverage is for tracking and analyzing call off data and keeping supervisors up to other related duties and activities as Knowledge and Skills required by the JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or abilities required to perform the job: Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Related work experience in maintaining schedulesAMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT STATEMENT External and internal applicants as well as position incumbents who become disabled must be able to perform the essential job functions either unaided or with assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case by case basis via the interactive process.
