Since its inception YA has expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions and now has over 800 professionals dedicated to excellence teamwork and driving for Responsibilities:Develop maintain and finalize detailed construction project schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject and communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project scheduling and schedules based on construction plans project specifications and client-provided project progress update schedules accordingly and proactively identify and communicate any potential schedule delay analysis of project schedules documentation and and synthesize relevant information to prepare comprehensive impact reports for project job files documentation and other relevant duties as :Bachelors degree in construction management engineering business administration or equivalent experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a willingness to learn and a curious teachable mindset; this role involves significant on-the-job in Windows operating systems including effective use of hotkeys and organized electronic file ability to meet deadlines and overcome challenges while maintaining high-quality sense of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to upholding company values and exceeding client to effectively collaborate with a team and share responsibilities towards achieving a common goal.
