About this Role:

Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. As part of a project controls team youll develop and maintain project program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing update project and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes trends and risks
• Review and analyze contractors baseline progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering architecture construction management or other relevant fields is required
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP PMI-SP) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation aviation or vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 Schedule Analyzer Pro or Acumen
