About the Role

TheScheduler supports company leaders and project teams in developing and managingproject schedules to keep every project on track for timely to the Schedule Manager or Director of Scheduling this role reviewsschedules for quality and consistency supports preconstruction pursuits andserves as a go-to scheduling resource for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary schedules for preconstruction and project pursuits and participate in project planning
• Perform regular quality control reviews of project schedules to ensure they meet Winters standards
• Support project teams with schedule planning reviews delay documentation and claims
• Train new hires and project teams on Winters schedule guidelines and serve as a one-on-one scheduling resource
• Maintain P6 databases and user administration and coordinate with the Construction Technology team on BIM and 4D integration

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction scheduling experience ideally with a commercial general contractor
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing durations and site logistics
• Experience with delay documentation and claims support (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort training project teams
