About the Role

You will provide an outstanding customer experience by meeting the customers needs and demonstrating technical competence.

What will you do

Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs. Ability to complete inter-company feed orders and inventory transfers and purchases if applicable.
Act as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area.
Understand how to document and submit customer interactions in CRM(Customer Relationship Management System).
Assist with inventory control of products offered at the location.
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Working knowledge of Landus inventory policies
Perform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing sampling grading and ticketing)
Ability to run grain or agronomy facilities remotely utilizing PLCs
Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized. Update the market board as needed.
Develop ongoing general awareness of Landus Cooperatives products/services and be able to communicate information to customers.
Adhere to Landus Cooperatives safety policies and procedures.
Champion of safety compliance throughout organization

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Must have a valid state drivers license.
Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
One year of related experience.
