Job Location: Remote and mix Travel to Rochester MN
Job Duration: 12 months

- Deep WFS Knowledge: Extensive experience with WorkForce Softwares Time and Attendance and Forecasting/Scheduling modules.
- SAP Integration: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) schemas rules and integration mechanisms.
- Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in API development data mapping middleware tools (e.g. SAP Cloud Integration) and scripting languages (XML JSON).
- Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with translating complex region-specific payroll rules overtime calculations and absence management policies into automated system rules.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 5 years specializing directly in SAP Workforce Software implementations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills to clearly explain technical trade-offs to business leaders
