Job Title: WFS Technical Lead

Job Location: Remote and mix Travel to Rochester MN

Job Duration: 12 months

  • Deep WFS Knowledge: Extensive experience with WorkForce Softwares Time and Attendance and Forecasting/Scheduling modules.
  • SAP Integration: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) schemas rules and integration mechanisms.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in API development data mapping middleware tools (e.g. SAP Cloud Integration) and scripting languages (XML JSON).
  • Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with translating complex region-specific payroll rules overtime calculations and absence management policies into automated system rules.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 5 years specializing directly in SAP Workforce Software implementations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills to clearly explain technical trade-offs to business leaders
