The project is looking for a resource to lead Global Process Design in the following area: - Deep experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central solution - Workforce Enablement - Promotions demotions terminations processes etc. - Organizational Management - Time off.
The selected resource will be responsible for working with the larger HCM project team including customers and a third party SI to: Plan design workshops conduct system demonstrations educate the customer on SF functionality conduct workshops and document requirements.
The project is using Activate with a fit to standard approach so being able to describe SAP best practices is a key requirement of this role.
80% Travel (Monday - Thursday) weekly
