Role summary
Were seeking a senior payroll and time expert with deep hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and WorkForce Software (WFS). This person will help us assess current capabilities and define what it takes to modernize the system.
Required
- Senior-level experience configuring and supporting ECP and WFS in production
- Has been through at least one full payroll/time transformation or implementation
- Strong grasp of pay rules time and attendance and the integration between time and payroll
- Able to translate business needs into system requirements and a practical modernization path
