Position Summary
SAP NS2 is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of cross-functional projects that support business and technology objectives. This role is responsible for managing project scope schedule risks issues communications and deliverables while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and project teams. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable working with both technical and business teams. This individual will drive project execution from initiation through completion maintain visibility into project health and help ensure successful delivery through strong coordination communication and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules milestones and deliverables.
Communicate project goals objectives timelines and status to stakeholders and team members.
Track and control project progress including scope schedule risks issues and changes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business technical and testing workstreams.
Facilitate project meetings status reviews and stakeholder updates.
Develop and maintain action plans for issues risks dependencies and change requests.
Support budgeting resource planning and project documentation as needed.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards project governance and delivery methodologies.
Escalate blockers and variances appropriately and help drive resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
5 years of project management experience including ownership of projects from planning through delivery.
Demonstrated experience managing project scope schedule risks issues dependencies and stakeholder communications.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
Strong organizational analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing technical software cloud infrastructure cybersecurity or enterprise application projects is preferred. PMP CAPM PMI-ACP Scrum Master or similar certifications are a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Smartsheet Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps is beneficial. Experience working in regulated secure or compliance-driven environments is also valued.
