This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing Digital Transformation & Technology team lead business-critical initiatives and make a visible contribution to the companys Digital Project ManagerplansanddeliverscomplexSAP and enterprise business DTT vendor and implementation partner teams this role applies disciplined execution governance stakeholder alignment and risk managementfrom initiation through go-livehypercare and ideal candidate brings proven project management fundamentals practical SAPand enterprise applicationimplementation experience and the ability to move teams from planning to execution with structure and ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionExecute technology projects using the enterprise Project Management Methodology (PMM) ensuring consistent application of delivery standards governance checkpoints and required approved business demand into executable project plans milestones integrated schedules delivery controlsincludingscope schedule budget resources dependencies risks issues decisions and qualitytoachieveagreed SAP and enterpriseapplication implementationsandtransformations includingrequirementscoordination testing cutover deploymenthypercare and DTT vendor and implementation partnerteamsthrough an integrated end-to-end delivery deliveryvisibilitythroughgovernancereporting risk escalationanddecision stakeholder engagement communications training business readiness and adoption-risk managementintothe project plan in partnership with accountable business and change Engagement & CommunicationBuildproductiverelationships with business stakeholders DTT teams SAP resources vendors and delivery cross-functionalalignment remove barriers and clear project communications including statusreports risk and issueescalations decision support and executive-ready & ExperienceBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Engineering Information Systems Project Management ora 10years of experience managing and delivering complex IT digital or enterprise application experience managing SAP-related implementation enhancement integration migration upgrade or transformation command of project controls risk management governance and stakeholder leading cross-functional teams across business IT/DTT SAPandexternal coordinating business readiness and change enablement facilitation negotiationescalationand QualificationsExperience delivering SAP or enterprise application projects in a manufacturing or related project management expected salary range for this position is $140000 to $190000 annually.
