Job Overview

As a Sanitation Technician I you will play an important role in preparing equipment andproduction areas for daily operations in a food production facility. Using approvedcleaning methods tools and chemicals you will help uphold food safety requirementsproduct quality standards and operational readiness.

What You Will Do

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment processing areas and facility spacesaccording to established procedures and schedules.
  • Operate sanitation tools and equipment including hot water and high-pressurecleaning systems to maintain sanitary conditions.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to established handling andstorage procedures.
  • Disassemble clean and reassemble equipment to support production readinessand sanitation standards.
  • Complete sanitation records and report food safety equipment or workplacesafety concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform job duties in a fast-paced cold or warm production setting with required
  • PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of timeclimbing bending and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work overtime weekends and holidays as requested.
  • Follow all food safety quality and regulatory guidelines to maintain complianceand product integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety food safety quality and sanitationprocedures.
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment in a safemanner.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing production or warehouseenvironments.
  • Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and sanitation chemicals.
  • Experience disassembling cleaning and reassembling production equipment.
  • Work history in the last 12 months.
