- Lead and work alongside the third-shift sanitation team to complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Perform sanitation duties on production equipment and facility areas.
- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning procedures chemical handling and safety practices.
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with SSOP HACCP and GMP standards.
- Serve as the go-to person for sanitation issues during the shift.
- Operate cleaning tools and equipment including power scrubbers foamers and forklifts.
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals.
What Were Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in sanitation within a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
