Sanitation Associate Overnight Shift

A well-established food manufacturing facility in the Jackson Metro Area is seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates to join its overnight production team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career potential competitive benefits upon permanent hire and the opportunity to become part of a growing manufacturing operation.

$13.50 per hour

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the production facility to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment. Duties include cleaning conveyors production equipment and machines sweeping and mopping production areas disposing of trash and performing additional sanitation tasks as assigned. This is a 3rd shift position working 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday with the ability to work 67 days per week as production requires.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours

• Must be able to work extended schedules including up to 67 days per week as needed
