Job Summary
Cut and prepare materials according to work instructions and specifications
Verify product information measurements and markings
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records
Operate equipment safely and follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures
Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions and process sheets
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
Able to read and write in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand walk bend and climb throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Ability to work in hot temperatures and noisy conditions
