Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Norwalk CT
Duration: 6 months

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design implement and Eligible to workimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and ensure client success.
- Design and document well architected Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability performance and security
- Development and deployment
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools.
- Define data migration strategies and execution.
- Oversee integrations and configuration
- Collaborate with business analysts product owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- End-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects including planning execution and deployment.
- Code reviews and performance Eligible to workimizations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Manage version control and branching strategies.
- Coordinate sandbox and production deployments.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients providing technical advice and design direction.
- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture data model security model and integration patterns.
- Plan and resolve tech debt
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange products.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Eligible to workimize queries triggers and workflows for speed and reliability.
- Conduct regular health checks and system audits.
- Ensure compliance with data governance security policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend adEligible to workion of new features.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
