QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5- 7 years of consulting experience
- 5-7 years experience with
- 5-7 years experience in analyzing requirements writing functional specifications conducting tests troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Huron requires a Bachelors Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Prior team management experience experience managing people (mentoring delegating reviewing work and coaching staff)
- Experience in pre-sales activities proposal development presentations and Demos
- Willingness to attend and present at orals
- 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions
- Design and document an end-to-end Salesforce solution to include: leading technical architecture workshops with Enterprise Architects Information
- Security Architects Integration Architects Data Architects from client teams and leading technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents.
- Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents
- Managing the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions
- Managing technical scope and client expectation
- Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.
- Ability to work with developers US-Based and Offshore
- Effectively work with Project Managers Customers Development Leads and the Account Managers
- Educate Customer as a Evangelist
- Familiarity with platform technical limitations and common technical design patterns integration patterns and business application development patterns
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Experience with Enterprise Integration tools.
- Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML HTTP/HTTPS Java C and ASP.
- Willingness to travel
PREFERRED:
- Application Architect Certified Systems Architect or
Technical Architect
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plus
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science Software Engineering or related IT discipline
The estimated base salary for this job is $165000 - $190000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $198000 - $228000. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
