Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Engineer on behalf of our client in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce development and architecture experience with the ability to design build and support scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments. This role involves hands-on development integration work and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders in a regulated public-sector setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements

• Develop custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs

• Participate in solution design discussions technical discovery sessions and architecture reviews

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Support system performance troubleshooting and issue resolution within Salesforce environments

• Ensure solutions adhere to security governance and compliance standards

• Contribute to best practices for Salesforce development and architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Salesforce experience across configuration customization development and solution design

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with complex system landscapes

• Strong experience participating in technical workshops discovery sessions and solution design discussions

• Experience working in public sector government or other regulated environments

• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations

• Background in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership roles

• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices DevOps and governance models

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
