Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Developer on behalf of our client in New Jersey. This role is ideal for a skilled Salesforce professional with experience building and enhancing enterprise-level solutions within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to deliver scalable secure and high-performing applications that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.

• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet business requirements.

• Develop and support Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and development teams to define and implement solutions.

• Participate in code reviews testing deployment and ongoing production support.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governance policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing system performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

• Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce APIs and integrations.

• Experience with Salesforce Flows automation tools and platform security.

• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and application architecture.

• Experience working in banking financial services or other highly regulated environments.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and enterprise platforms.
