Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst for an Arizona state agencys technology division (1 position 1-year-class contract hybrid in Phoenix).

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future W2 only no C2C
  
• Bachelors degree (hard requirement)
  
• 5 years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / IT Analyst with at least 2 years hands-on Salesforce
  
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and Jira or Azure DevOps
  

The work: gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions; translating business needs into functional specifications with developers; gap analysis and process improvement using Salesforce capabilities; supporting configuration and testing (objects workflows validation rules reports); maintaining process flows data maps and documentation; user training and change management; Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe).

Preferred: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or BA certification

The facts: $60-67/hr W2 depending on experience
