Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong healthcare domain experience for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions leading architecture discussions and driving end-to-end implementation initiatives across healthcare-focused business environments.
The candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities integrations security and healthcare workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders development teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Salesforce implementation integration migration and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with healthcare business teams to understand workflows compliance requirements and operational needs.
- Define architecture standards best practices and governance models.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure platform security scalability reliability and compliance standards.
- Participate in solution design code reviews testing deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and business analysts.
- Create technical documentation architecture diagrams and solution specifications.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 8 years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Lightning Platform.
- Strong healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs middleware and third-party systems.
- Expertise in Apex Lightning Components/LWC Visualforce and Salesforce security model.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and governance.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
- Experience with Healthcare Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
