Salesforce Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong healthcare domain experience for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions leading architecture discussions and driving end-to-end implementation initiatives across healthcare-focused business environments.

The candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities integrations security and healthcare workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders development teams and leadership.

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Salesforce implementation integration migration and enhancement projects.
• Work closely with healthcare business teams to understand workflows compliance requirements and operational needs.
• Define architecture standards best practices and governance models.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure platform security scalability reliability and compliance standards.
• Participate in solution design code reviews testing deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and business analysts.
• Create technical documentation architecture diagrams and solution specifications.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 8 years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Lightning Platform.
• Strong healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs middleware and third-party systems.
• Expertise in Apex Lightning Components/LWC Visualforce and Salesforce security model.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and governance.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
• Experience with Healthcare Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
