Job Summary
Enterprise Applications Manager CA/TX Full-Time
W2 Only (No Sponsorship/C2C)
Opening for a seasoned CRM platform leader who thrives at the intersection of technology people and operational excellence. This role puts you in charge of engineering teams platform stability and continuous delivery across a large-scale CRM environment (Salesforce).
Responsibilities:
- Leading Agile engineering teams through development delivery and day-to-day operations
- Keeping enterprise CRM platforms healthy scalable and evolving with business needs
- Managing production support at an enterprise level - incidents recovery and long-term fixes
- Connecting technical strategy with business priorities and presenting progress to leadership
Requirements:
- 10 years in engineering leadership within large organizations
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Salesforce development.
- DevOps CI/CD.
- Hands-on CRM platform experience from both a build and operations standpoint
- Solid grasp of modern delivery practices and integration architecture
- Cool-headed under pressure with strong executive communication skills
Helpful but not required:
- Platform certifications across technical and functional tracks
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflows within service platforms
- Contact center or middleware experience
